Terms of use

These terms cover Mojo Coach, Mojo Coach Studio, their ChatGPT and Codex connections, and the current shared Mojo web workspace, provided by 2logical, Inc., 500 Linden Oaks, Suite 120, Rochester, NY 14625. They include group and assigned one-on-one executive coaching features. Separate signed agreements govern the engagements and services they describe and are not replaced by this page.

Access and accounts

Use your own eligible adult account and keep its credentials secure. Paid content follows active company coverage and your assigned license. Studio also requires current coach eligibility and authorized company, group or client assignments. Workspace administrators may require their own approval for plugin installation. A review account uses isolated synthetic data and does not confer certification or customer access.

Mojo materials and your content

2logical retains ownership of its Mojo teachings, guides, scripts, software, marks and instructional materials. Eligible access permits authorized coaching use; it does not permit distributing the protected library, reselling scripts, sharing accounts or bypassing access controls. Separate signed agreements may grant additional rights. Your or your client's material remains subject to its applicable ownership and agreements; you permit the processing needed to provide the service you request.

Coaching and executive work

Review AI responses, recommendations, curricula, meeting briefs, guides and debriefs before using or saving them. Verify facts and source permissions and use your judgment. The service does not guarantee learning or business outcomes and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated services.

For executive work, establish the client engagement and any sponsor-reporting scope separately. Client assessment sharing and transcript permission are separate choices. The coach cannot grant client transcript permission. Obtain all required participant permissions, submit only a relevant excerpt and remove unnecessary sensitive information. Recording a sponsor agreement does not authorize automatic disclosure of private notes or assessments. Follow-up drafts do not send messages automatically.

Private work and connections

Saving a private draft does not publish it or share it with another coach. Shared-library publication requires separate permission and review. Third-party hosts and separately connected apps have their own terms and privacy practices. The connection does not itself book services, take payments or purchase anything. Access changes and support

Access may be limited when eligibility, licensing or assignment ends, or to respond to security threats or serious misuse. Access loss and archive do not themselves close the account or delete private work. Contact info@joinmojo.com about permitted exports, closure, privacy requests or access issues. Existing signed commitments and applicable rights remain in effect.
