Privacy notice

This notice covers Mojo Coach, Mojo Coach Studio, their ChatGPT and Codex connections, and the current shared Mojo web workspace. It includes personal coaching, group planning and assigned one-on-one executive coaching. Provider: 2logical, Inc., 500 Linden Oaks, Suite 120, Rochester, NY 14625. Information used and its purpose

We use your name, email, sign-in and connection records, company membership, assigned licenses and, for Studio, coach eligibility to verify access and protect accounts. We process the coaching messages and relevant context you submit to answer your requests. Your private work may include your Playbook, goals, reflections, practice records and listening progress.

Studio processes assigned group details, coach-confirmed history, selected guides, planning sessions, meeting information, custom outlines and private guides. Executive coaching can include the assigned client's name and role, goals, assessment answers, session direction, meeting briefs, debriefs, agreed actions and coach notes. We use this information to provide the coaching and continuity you request, maintain your permitted saved work, and operate and support the service.

Executive assessments, transcripts and sharing

Assessment drafts remain private to the client until the client chooses to share them with the currently assigned coach. Clients can withdraw assessment sharing; earlier information may already have been read or discussed. Client transcript permission is separate, off by default, and can be withdrawn. Transcript preparation requires current permission and a relevant excerpt of 100–12,000 characters. Obtain any other participant permissions required by your engagement before submitting an excerpt.

Relevant executive context and a permitted excerpt may be sent to OpenAI to prepare a draft. The executive transcript workflow does not save the raw excerpt as a Studio record; a reviewed debrief you save remains part of the engagement. Withdrawing permission prevents future authorized use in this workflow and does not erase earlier saved debriefs or recordings held in other services.

Current assignment, company coverage and explicit sharing govern access. Company administrators manage membership, licenses and assignments; this does not automatically share private assessments or coach notes with a sponsor. Recording a sponsor-reporting agreement does not send a report. Private plans and guides are not automatically published. Shared-library publication requires separate authorized review.

Service providers and other connections

The current service uses Google Cloud and Firebase for application hosting, identity, records and protected media, and OpenAI for requested AI generation. Existing Mojo sign-ins and linked Studio identities can be verified through the existing identity services, including Supabase. Linked legacy services continue to have their own applicable notices. Processing can occur in provider locations outside your country; the service does not promise processing only in the United States.

Relevant submitted context is sent to OpenAI when needed for a requested response. ChatGPT or Codex conversations and separately connected apps are governed by those services' settings and notices. The Mojo connection does not itself search your private Zoom, Teams, calendar or CRM account. See OpenAI's API data controls for its current processing and retention practices.

Retention and your choices

Saved coaching and Studio work is retained for account and engagement continuity until you delete an available record, request verified deletion or closure, or an applicable agreed retention schedule requires removal. Archiving an engagement, disconnecting a plugin, or losing a license does not itself delete saved work. The current executive workspace does not automatically erase records a fixed number of months after archive. Existing signed agreements and previously applicable deletion commitments continue to apply; this notice does not replace them.

Sign-in, connection, access, security and usage records are used to operate the service and investigate misuse. Expired credentials cannot authorize access; disconnecting or revoking a connection prevents its further use. Removal from active records may not immediately remove provider operational copies or records subject to a legal or contractual hold.

Contact info@joinmojo.com to request access, correction, an export of your permitted data, deletion, closure, or clarification of an engagement's retention and sponsor-sharing terms. We verify identity and applicable client rights before acting. Protected Mojo source materials are excluded from a private-data export. Only submit material you have permission to use, minimize third-party identifiers, and remove credentials, payment-card information, government identifiers and unnecessary medical information.
