Connect your account

1. Use your existing Mojo sign-in when connecting from ChatGPT or Codex. New account creation alone does not activate paid content.
2. Choose the company and work assigned to your account. Studio requires current coach eligibility and company coverage; executive clients also need the appropriate assigned coverage.
3. If access is missing, ask your Mojo administrator to check the assignment, license and eligibility. Include the affected feature and error message in a support request, but never send your password, access tokens or private client notes.

OpenAI reviewers

Use the dedicated credentials supplied in the secure review dashboard. On the connection sign-in page, choose “OpenAI reviewer sign-in.” No mailbox access, verification code, account registration or customer setup is required. The account opens an isolated synthetic company and sample coaching work.

Data and private work

Disconnecting the plugin does not delete saved work. For permitted exports, correction, deletion or account closure, contact info@joinmojo.com. See our privacy notice and terms of use.
